We do not offer return or refunds on any items that have been personalised due to items being made to your specification.
Returns and refunds are only offered if an item is faulty, unworn & no soil marks and the original tags are still attached. Usual wear and tear of rhinestone products will occur over time and Is included in our no returns policy.
You have 12 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return an item to us for a refund.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. All returns delivery costs must be covered by yourselves.

All items are personally made for each order and will have a turn around of 10-15 days from purchase. We will aim to complete the order ASAP.
once your order has been completed you will receive an email notifying you of this. All items are shipped with Royal Mail and will take on average 2-3 business days to receive. This may be longer in busier periods.

All items are handmade and require care to ensure longevity.
Rhinestone, Spray Paint or eyelet items:
Hand-washed only inside out on a cold wash.
Vinyl, Embroidery or any other garments:
Machine wash at 30 degrees and do not Tumble Wash.
